Can I Take Credit Cards With a Free Trial?

No. For the protection of guests, before you can take credit cards you will need to upgrade to a paid subscription and provide documentation of your U.S. business and rental properties.

Is Damage & Travel Protection Available For All Guests?

Damage and liability protection is available for U.S. properties only. Travel protection is available to travelers who are U.S. residents and Canadian residents only.

How Does Calendar Synchronization Work?

Calendar Syncronization: Our calendar synchronizes dates and basic booking details with all of the major booking sites, however, rates and photos do not sync at this time (coming soon).

How Do I Get a Domain Name?

Domain names may be purchased from your registrar of choice, such as GoDaddy.com. You can also use your existing domain name with our vacation rental website builder with a paid subscription.
